Which Home Improvements Pay Off?

As I'm sure you know, if you're even thinking about selling your home, now is the time to do so.  Inventory is low and the demand is very high.  2017 homes sales were strong and, so far, this year we're 1.6% above last year making 2018 the strongest year ever for Maine real estate sales.  Clearly, the sales rate would be even higher if the marketplace had more inventory.
