For the period of May 1st to July 31st the median home sale price in Cumberland County went up 5.25% over last year.

The median price in 2019 was $343,950.

This year it's $362,000.

Inventory is almost 40% lower than last year.

It's a GREAT time to list your house.

STAGING WORKS

Staged houses sell for 7% to 14% more than a similar, unstaged house in the same market.

That means a $362,000 home could sell for $376,480.

Guess what! I stage all my listings!
